I’m hoping to blog a little bit more this year, so I thought I would start out with a birth story that ended up being about 2 weeks long and finish this story off with this mama’s newborn photos. My beautiful friend Sarah became my friend THROUGH birth photography. A couple years back a mutual friend of ours tagged me in Sarah’s post looking for a birth photographer. She booked

From my blog
My favorite photos of 2018 are back! What happens when you get super duper busy and have forgotten to blog in over a year? You forget to do a “favorite photos” post from a year ago. Sorry 2017….you got all the blogs, but you didn’t get a recap. So, here we go on 2018!!!! In 2018, my studio business grew. I shot 4 weddings (which was a step back for me) and
This backyard wedding was complete with flowers, a creek, and a fire raging nearby, but that didn’t change the spirits of the lovebirds or the guests. Everyone was so excited to watch this family come together and share their love with everyone around them. Such a wonderful backyard and quaint friends and family. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day and please check out
I would LOVE to travel more to take photos. This summer vacation should be good practice for that. I hope to hit up Montana and Michigan for sure to visit family. Snow days mean I get bored easily. My kids can only handle about an hour out in the snow because they are pretty young. One of them also has a little cold right now, so he was definitely hating the weather. I love my neighbors and have two that both happen to be pregnant RIGHT NOW! So, I convinced them to let me dress them up and take them outside
Working with me
It’s an honor to be considered to capture your life’s special moments, and one that I will never take for granted.
I work with couples, moms, families long before the shoot to help them get the most out of their photoshoot and am happy to offer advice on location, clothing, props, make-up and session prep.
If you’d like to find out more about working with me, I would love to get to know you and help you celebrate your special moments and build your memories for a lifetime.
